Service issues

For a the last month our service has been terrible, now 85% of our recordings are gone but still shows are memory is 90% full I’m so frustrated

 Steps to Try
Sync Your DVR Manually:

Press the Xfinity button on your remote.
Navigate to Settings (gear icon) > Device Settings > Sync DVR > Sync DVR Now.
Reboot Your DVR:

Unplug the DVR from power.
Wait 30 seconds.
Plug it back in and let it fully reboot.
Check Your Plan:

Log into your Xfinity account and verify your DVR service level.
If you’ve been downgraded to a lower-tier DVR plan, that could explain the missing recordings.
Clear Out Old Recordings:

If your DVR is 90% full, try deleting some older or unneeded recordings to see if that helps refresh the system.
