Service issues - internet connectivity

I live in San Francisco and am having major issues getting internet connectivity issues resolved. Twice this week techs cam out and showed me evidence of Xfinity problems. Each time it was secateld - and each time I got a text saying that it had been resolved. However - still having issues - someone in the Xfinity engineering or network department needs to step up. Ideas?
