Service is absolute trash

I have been a customer for 2 years and this is the worst service I have ever had. Constantly losing internet and customer services solution is to send out a technician to check my connection. I refuse with Covid numbers rising again to have someone in my home. I find it hard to believe that is the only solution to this issue. You should have better practices for these issues. Multiple people in my direct area are out of service and I cannot imagine that we all have a bad connection???? This is completely ridiculous.

I am so sorry you feel that way. I am happy to try and remotely solve the issue for you but if we are unable to do so as the previous representatives also were unable to then the next step would be a technician. I fully understand your desire to not allow people in the home, however, if that is indeed the only possible solution then we would be unable to assist until you allow us in your home. I can assure you we are handling all in person visits with the utmost concern and the highest levels of safety that we can.
