Service Interuption
My service has been out since 12:30 this afternoon. The update is saying it won't be on until 8 p.m. tomorrow 8/2. Am I going to get a credit for all of this time I am without service? This us incredibly inconvenient.

@user_sz3wwp Thanks for sharing, we know getting back online is a priority. If there is downtime of more than four hours, you can get a credit for the whole day. Sign up for the status alerts here STATUS, and use the form at the bottom to request the credit. Use the notifications to know when service is back immediately, and allow 24-48 hours for the system to register the interruption and approve the adjustment.
