Service interruptions in excess

So far for the month of May, I have had at lease 5 interruptions, 3 in just this week. 

I work from home and take online classes. When the internet is randomly down, not only do I not get paid for my job, I fail my scheduled test. Something needs to be done about this.

If I am paying for a certain quality of service, and I am not recieving it. I want answers, or my business will be taken elsewhere.
