Service interruption

Says my service is interrupted should havebeen back on at 2pm its 8pm icannit get a answer to anything please help

Good morning user_g7uw0a. I'm so sorry to read that you have been without service for so long and have not been able to receive an answer from anyone. When the internet or power goes out at my home it can create chaos and that's for a short period. I can't imagine with it being this long. 

Does the Xfinity app still show that there is an issue in the area? If not, have you tried to restart the modem to see if that helps to bring back your network?
