Service interruption
Dear: Comcast Corporate Office or Relevant Department,
I am writing to report a significant issue with my service and to request immediate attention. My internet and cable services were interrupted this morning at 9:00 AM during my work hours, despite my payment being made as required. I rely on these services to work from home, and as of now—almost 7:00 PM—the service has not been restored.
This disruption has caused me to use my cellphone hotspot for work, which is both costly and inefficient. Additionally, the loss of home internet means my home security system is non-functional. As a parent, this creates a stressful and unsafe situation for my family, particularly overnight.
Given the inconvenience and the impact on my ability to work and feel secure in my home, I would like to know if I am eligible for any compensation for this outage. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and have always valued your services, but this experience has been extremely disappointing
On 11/21/2024 I was assured that my service would be restored promptly after I made my payment of $315.43. However, despite fulfilling my part, the service has not been restored, causing significant inconvenience.
Please:
1. Investigate why the service has not been restored as promised.
2. Expedite the restoration of my service immediately.
3. Confirm if compensation will be provided for this extended disruption.
