Service in my area
Over the last 30days I have went without service in my area for at least 25% of the days although I have paid my bill every month without being late. I totally understand that weather has played a factor, but when other service providers are working, it seems like xfinity is not taking the proper precautions so their paying customers won't be without service for weeks at a time. My service did not go out until the storm was completely over and the sun was out. I work from home so every day I'm without service I'm unable to work. If I'm unable to work, then I'm unable to pay my bill. Im not able to pick and choose when I want to pay my bill, so my service should be distributed with the same intention. Clearly xfinity does not care about customer service. I will take my money to a company that appreciates their customers.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

While severe weather and other factors can sometimes impact our network, our teams work as fast, and safe as possible to get everything running again. If your service disruptions were caused by qualifying events, you may be eligible for a service credit. You can quickly check for and request a credit through the Xfinity Assistant.
Also, you can check the Xfinity app or Status Map updates on any current service interruptions.
