Service for television

Presently can’t change channels on main box. And no service on other tvs

I am very sorry hear about the experience with your TV boxes, and access to the TV.  Can you share with us any troubleshooting steps you have completed? Have you confirmed if there is an ongoing interruption in your area following the map here. Please let us know.

Have tried multiple times to reset box by turning power off waiting and then turning back on. They tell me after I try Thank this if I still have a problem to call them back then when I do we start all over!!!! I’m pretty angry right now . Just need to talk to live agent as I don’t do well with chats or trying to resolve issues on line!!!

A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
