Have tried multiple times to reset box by turning power off waiting and then turning back on. They tell me after I try Thank this if I still have a problem to call them back then when I do we start all over!!!! I’m pretty angry right now . Just need to talk to live agent as I don’t do well with chats or trying to resolve issues on line!!!

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
