SERVICE FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME

I have been waiting on construction for over a month now. The survey has been completed and is within the range. Technically we started this process months ago but Xfinity Reps said they were not able to look up the address. I went back and forth with Xfinity for months and finally someone started a ticket and a survey was done. I continue to keep getting the run around and no exact date of when the construction will happen. I work from home and my husband has medical devices that require internet. We do not get cell service out where we are located and are in desperate need to have this line set up. I have called numerous times trying to get updates and either no one knows what I am talking about or I just get an answer of we will text you. One lady I spoke with told me to stop calling and was rude over the phone. I have to continue to follow up as I have seen cases where Xfinity will close the ticket out or 8+ months have passed by and that person still has no internet, I can not let that happen as my job and my husbands medical condition is number 1. What needs to be done to get this installed now as we are moving in this week?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
