Service Footprint
I am trying to find out if service is available at an address at which I am considering purchasing property. I have talked with several live chat agents. The first told me the address was within the Comcast service footprint but there was not yet a location ID in the system, and I could set up service if I choose to do so. I later reached out to another live agent to make sure I understand. The second one told me the location was not serviceable and transferred me to some sort of Serviceability department, where a third agent said the location could not be serviced.
I would like to have confirmation if the location can be serviced and, if applicable, what would be required to set up service.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
