Service enhancements?

I work from home. It’s unacceptable for the internet to be down all day for your service enhancements. Just give me unenhanced services that are up during business hours. Why are you doing these “enhancements”during prime business hours? I have lost a whole day, an important one. I work in IT. We do system maintenance when there is least usage, not the middle of the business day. Then, to make it even more frustrating, there is never anyone to talk to, only your useless bots that do little more than insulate you from real people and go in unintelligible circles. You have really ticked me off with this outage, which appears to be more choice than necessity. I would like a real explanation not the nonsense I got in a text that sounds like it was written by Xcel’s PR firm.

I don’t take orders from you. Thanks for shutting off my service during business hours.

I've had it with you [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. First, never a resolution for my AppleTV device sound cut out issue, a device that works flawlessly ON EVERY OTHER streaming service yet it still seem to elude yours. Now this all day service outage that cost me a whole day of work with no real explanation - Sorry, "service enhancements" doesn't cut it. At this point I am seriously considering T-Mobile, which would be a speed downgrade but at this point I don't give a [Edited: Language]. You just don't seem to take issues seriously. You are not too big to fail.
