service email from xfinity
today I received an email from xfinty confirming an updated service order. however, I have not made any recent changes to my service. the items listed and costs were the same as my last bill, so nothing appeared to change.
was this just a glitch or am I missing something?

Thanks for reaching out to us, sometimes there's account corrections that are made to your account that don't affect your billing. If you look at the information in the e-mail the detailed information should show you what changes occurred

like I said, nothing changed. the services and costs were identical to my previous bill, other than taxes and fees going up two cents from $22.55 to $22.57. my cable, internet, etc. service was the same.
