Service disruption
Hi
This may not seem like a big deal since so far it’s been relatively quick, but here in NH ever since Comcast/Xfinity said they were ‘enhancing xfinity network’, last Sept and Oct, there has increasingly been blips.
Now, many times a day, the picture pixelates, the audio drops or my DVR service freezes. Channel 3 ION has even more issues.
So far, it’s usually from a few sec to a couple min, but I do NOT understand why the very very frequent issues after we were told by text the company was making changes to improve service.
I would def prefer not to have someone in my house since I care for my elderly parents. And an unplugging and other simple things seem unlikely since our boxes update every night.
I’m just very frustrated! This should not be happening. I just want to know why and how this will be resolved in general.

Hi @@Laneyny Thanks for coming to our community for help with you concerns. I saw you have another post about the XR11. We will address all your concerns here on this one post.
In regards to the replacement of the XR11, the best way to pickup that exact remote is to visit one of our amazing new stores. In the event the warehouse is out of a particular remote they will send the next best one we have. If you have time the store is definitely the way to go!
From our end we would like to look at your connection levels to see what options we have here. If we need to send out a tech he/she will follow all safety protocols wearing a mask and keeping a distance of 10 feet.
Can you please DM me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist you further?
