Service Discount

I'm reaching out to see if Xfinity is prepared to provide some compensation to customers who's internet and cable services have been consistently interrupted in this past outage in the Edit (Customer PII) area. I have been having interruption in service consistently for almost 2 weeks. I understand that the weather has been an issue, but not having service has been an issue with my job and performing my duties at home.

Please advise, Thank you

Good afternoon @user_eovde5. We normally provide credits for service issues once the issue has been resolved to avoid providing multiple credits. I can review your account to see if there are any additional details on the issues happening in your area. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name and full address, we can get started.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "Start new conversation"

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
