SERVICE DISCONNECTED

yeah hi so I made a payment to my account after my autopay got [Edited: Language] and my account got disconnected. 

I paid off the balance and even overpaid to get a credit of $100.

each time I made a payment, it said my service would be connected after 5 minutes.

yet my service is still disconnected.

i tried calling and got in contact with an agent who barely spoke English or even understood what I said. 

can anyone fix this???????
