Service Disconnected..

This close to filing an FCC complaint after trying to resolve this ongoing payment issue with xfinity..I wasnt able to work today because they cut my services. I'm unable/blocked to make online payments due to 2 returned payments and have 0 transportation and on disability to go to the physical store. At this rate, xfinity should pay this past due balance themselves as this is the result of their poor customer service

Hello user_kplplo  we can absolutely understand your frustrations with this payment issue. The payment restriction is a direct result of the returned payments and can be removed after regular, faithful payments are made.  We are available to assist as much as possible.
