Service disconnect

I was sent a message at my E Mail

[EDITED: Removed personal information.] today.

It says it is from Xfinity.07 BSNmore@comcast.net

The email reads my wi fi, cable and TV will be disconnected within 72hrs. I want to know if this was sent from Comcast or is this a scam.

Regarding your post question, the email address you provided that sent you the message is not a know Xfinity email sender. Please disregard this message as spam. 

 

Feel free to report this email as a spam / "Phishing email" to our security department. When reporting phishing emails, it is critical that you send us the email headers. Please do not forward the phishing email. Forwarding the email will remove the original headers. Once you have copied the full message headers from the spam message, paste the header and the message into an email and send it to abuse@comcast.net with the subject line "Phishing email".
