Service Complaint
Hello,
I own and operate a law firm in the Northern Liberties in Philadelphia. Our phones and email are essential for our work.
When the comcast internet is down, so are our phones and email. We have had an unacceptable number of service problems.
this year alone (as of 6/3/2025), we have had at least 4 to 5 service interruptions which have lasted for hours at a time, including
today. I think there should be a way that comcast can provide a work around to consumers like us. It does not make sense
to me that a major communications company can have this many service problems to its customers. It is very frustrating, and is
not good business. It leaves my business without working phones and without working interet.
Can you please remedy this. We should be credited for all down time and frankly, it would be reasonable to have some type of
compensation or bill reduction for these repeated, very inconvenient service interruptions.
Can you please get this correccted ASAP.
