Service Change/Equipment Return Notices

Hello,

I was informed that my service was recently changed, but I never made changes to my Xfinity account. I don't know if someone else made the change on my behalf somehow, but I have been receiving notices that I need to return equipment that I never received. I've also received notices that I've gone over the data limit, so I've been charged more. My most recent bill was over $200 as a result. How can I revert back to what my plan was before, and how can I stop receiving notices about returning the equipment?

I'm happy to look into that, as well as the equipment notices and your concern regarding the data limit. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
