Service Cancellation - Moving

Hi, please cancel & delete all my accounts at [Edit: Personal Information]. I have created a new account for the new home to this week at:

Account:  ending in [Edit: Personal Information]
Shipping Address: [Edit: Personal Information]
My problem is I cannot access my new account with these existing accounts in the way. The system keep taking me to my old account. I'm trying to set up my autopay, please help!

You can learn how to link and unlink accounts to easily manage them online.
 
Please send a direct message to Xfinity Support by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address in the body of the message so I can find your account and get started on a resolution.
