Service cable relocation
Currently the Xfinity line for my house is attached to my fascia boards. Due to damage to our fascia caused by the tension on this line, we now need to replace a section of our fascia, soffits, and rafters. We need to have the Xfinity line permanently relocated to a better location on our home. How do I go about setting up a technician to come out to my home?

Hello! I appreciate you connecting with us in our community, and you're in the right place for help with your request 👍 We definitely don't want your service to come at the expense of your fascia boards, so I understand the want to get those lines moved. Luckily, we have easy processes in place for situations just like this we can get started on submitting for you 🙌
To get started, please send us a direct chat message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account to “Xfinity Support”.
