I received a email saying that they received my request for my services to be cancelled but I never requested that they be cancelled. What can I do.

Hello, @user_c0ed0d we will make sure the account remains active. There are a few reasons why this might happen, but we will do the right thing for you. When you have a chance send us a direct message so we can locate your account. Just use the Direct Messaging icon to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." You will see it on the top right side of the page next to the bell icon.
