Service Availability and Installation

I would like to confirm for service and availbility with a survey to our home from the roadway, we are not in a neighborhood and just moved down the road from our prior home where we had Xfinity. I would like to confirm for the service installation at our home for gigabit service as our neighbor has it but it appears service to our address is a question.
