Service at new address + keep old address
I am moving soon, but will have roughly ~1month of overlap between addresses - it appears to be possible to add the second address while keeping the old, but how do I get this done?

I'm happy to help out! And yes! In this situation we would be able to have both addresses active with service and both under your name. If you could please send me via Private/Direct message your name and service address (current and future) I can set up the account for us so that we have services at the same time. I'm sure it's going to help out a ton while working on your new place. It's nice to have all the work done before you move in!
To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

@user_d04df6 Thanks for reaching out to us here for help with your upcoming move. I'm sure there is a lot going on and I would love to help out in any way I can.
For keeping the current account active you would want to create a new account, not transfer services. However for your current home will someone else move in and take over ownership of the property? If so, we would be unable to keep the account active since you would no longer own the property. If I may ask if there a specific reason you need to keep services on at your current home during the overlap of moving?
