Service at my home.

Good afternoon,

I have been attempting feverishly to get Xfinity ever since the Aspen construction company came out and ran the line to my house. I am repeatedly being told no. I'm wrong. They did not run the line. Oh contrare, the line is in my front yard and powers my neighbor, who is even further away from the street where the main hub is, because, when Aspen ran the line, they set up a junction box IN MY YARD. I am beyond irritated and have never had to work so hard to give a company my money in my life.

TICKET # [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I am happy to provide photographic and video evidence of just how close this box is. It is approximately 20 yards, 60 feet, or 33 normal stride steps from my house.

This is insane. Still, after providing photographic evidence that the construction for my property to receive Comcast Xfinity internet was already completed, I am being told I will have to pay $12,000 to get internet.
