Service at my address
I moved roughly a year ago and had to cancel my Xfinity service because the sales website said my new address was not covered. Starlink is beginning to outprice me and I would like to move back to Xfinity. According to the FCC Broadband map my address is served by Xfinity. I would like to get this cleared up and find out if there is a discrepancy with the coverage map on the sales site (to my knowledge sales reps use the same map) or if my address is truly not served, I need to get in touch with engineering/network expansion to find out what a path to getting coverage here would be. Obviously not going to post my address in an open forum, but from what I can tell Xfinity has coverage less than a quarter mile on either side of me.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
