Service at 2 Addresses on Same Account

I am moving to a new address and needed to start internet service there so i opened up a new account at the new address. However i needed to also keep internet service at my old address form a few months and therefore kept service to that address active. Is there a way to associate both locations to my current account as we move and then i can cancel the service to the old address once we fully vacate?
