Service at 2 addresses during move
I am looking to figure out how to have service at two addresses for 1 month while we move locations. I saw previously that this is possible on the forum and FAQ but I am looking for help to be able to successfully accomplish this for the month of August. Thank you!!

Hello, @user_f1cd27! Thank you for reaching out to us over our Community Forums. You should have no problem setting up services at a new location, while keeping services at your current location.

During the move process, you will be asked what date you would like to cancel your current location. If you are planning to maintain services at both locations for some time, you will need additional equipment for the new location. If you have any issues getting this setup, please send us a direct message.
To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
