Service appointment
I made an appointment for march25 After waiting 1 1/2 weeks the tech guy never showed nor did I get a call saying they weren’t coming. . They keep saying there’s no trouble showing on their end. Well on my end my tv changes channels while watching a show,scrambles show, no sound sometimes and nine times out of 10 we have no WiFi in the mornings. When the guy fixed the lines after hurricane helena he said you’ll have trouble again and we’ll have to come back. The line was torn down and when they fixed it it was only temporary. I paid over 300.00 a month and I’m never late and you can’t even send a repairman. That is just sorry. This is the worst most uncaring company I have ever seen. If anyone ask me what cable company they should go with I will definitely tell them not Xfinity Comcast because they are the sorriest company ever. They want to be paid but they don’t provide service. Thanks for NOTHING
