Service Appointment Canceled Without Warning
Hello,
I have had a service appointment set for a technician to come to my house tomorrow morning for the past 2 days and suddenly Comcast sends me a message canceling the appointment while my service is still not working. Every time I call in to re-schedule the appointment I'm told I can't talk to anyone because now you recognize there is an active outage in my area and are "working on it". Fact of the matter is you have already tried to resolve this remotely multiple times and have failed miserably every time so I would like to keep my appointment so that if whatever you're doing doesn't work someone will still come out and look at it. Please help re-instate my appointment for tomorrow morning (8/14/2024) from 8-10AM.
