Service Appointment Canceled and Misleading Texts
Had tech service appointment window of 3 PM to 5 PM this past Monday. Got a text right at 5 PM saying a tech was here and get ready to greet them. No call, no knock at the door. 10 minutes later get a text cancelling saying sorry we missed you. I took off work and sat around for hours waiting. Did not see a truck drive by (the junction is just down the street from me). How can you just cancel appointments with no reason?
Have another appt today from 1 PM to 3 PM and it's just about 2 with no signs of life. Who do I need to talk to ensure someone is ACTUALLY GOING TO SHOW UP AND DO THE JOB?
