Service after Beryl
After 9 years with Xfinity it’s time to switch. I can’t believe you guys are really supposed to be the best and fastest WiFi company in Houston and yet a week later after the storm we still don’t have internet. This is really unacceptable. Then the asap is such a great estimate of restoration. Thanks for nothing. I guess I’ll try T-Mobile 5-G

We are in the same boat. There have been three different promises for dates and times and all three have been withdrawn. I wonder if att can get us switched over before xfinity gets to us. I don’t see a whole of trucks in Galveston. There needs to be a better explanation than well do it as soon as we can.
