Servicability

Hi, I moved into a new construction that closed in Denver Colorado on February 28th, and I moved in recently and tried to establish service as the builder has Xfinity and Century Link listed on the utilities page. However, the address does not show up as a serviceable address. I've called in twice and chatted, and keep getting the run around. If I can't get this resolved soon, Century Link is my only option. Thanks in advance.

Hey there! Congrats on the new build that is super exciting. I can get the ball rolling on this for you, I just need to submit a ticket to have the address put into our system. Send a DM to XFINITY SUPPORT with your name and address and we can go from there.
