Serious home telephone problem

Home telephone system with 5 extensions upstairs and down disabled by xfinity installation personnel.  Second tech sent out to correct problem was cooperative but didn't offer any solution other than "wait til phone service is changed to xfinity in a few days".  Need someone with common sense and experience to correct this problem!!

Our Digital Care Team is awesome to work with because we'll do everything we can to review and resolve issues quickly. To clarify, are you porting a phone number to Xfinity from another provider? If so, who are we getting the number from, and how long has it been since you initiated the request?
