Sent sensitive information to the wrong email address. Would like to find out if that email was opened, declined, bounced back. PLEASE HELP
This email had personal information that could become very problematic. I very much need to your help to see if the email was opened, declined or bounced back. Please, Please, help me. AURA recommended that I touch base with you on this question. Thank you. John

I can certainly understand the urgency and concern, sending sensitive information to the unintended recipient is incredibly stressful @user_1s9ajk. Because Xfinity values your privacy and security, we have strict limitations on tracking emails to protect the privacy of all users.
