user_jarugt Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. There is a senior discount available in select areas, based on the town or city level decisions during licensing renewals. To send a Direct Message:

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

I am not computer savy> Why can't you just answer the question about senior discounts, unless there are not any?

I completely understand where you are coming from, @user_xtysgj! We don't currently offer Senior Discounts, but typically, our bundle discounts at a promotional rate are a better discount than the Senior Discount. We can look into all available options with your accounts to ensure that you have the best rate available.
