Senior and Military Discounts
On December 3, an agent stated in a chat that a military discount (not military rewards) and a senior discount would be applied "in your upcoming bill". The current bill shows no adjustments. In a subsequent chat, no resolution was offered except to change plans. Our objective is to reduce costs. We're two senior adults who watch local channels and FOX News and find the monthly Xfinity bill expensive relative to the size of our budget.
Chat transcripts are available on request. Please apply both military and senior discounts confirmed by the agent on December 3 and reissue the bill. Thanks.
