Sending you email

I've had it with your customer service. Been dealing with trying to talk to a human and all I get is AI answers. 

I need to know if email I got is a scam. It's telling me my payment is declined, but when I look up my account it shows my auto payment is scheduled. The email asked for a credit card #. This is why I think it's a scam, but need to know for sure so my service isn't cut off. I'm hoping I get an answer through email to you because all other methods have FAILED.
