Send an email with formal complaint about pot customer service
Dear Xfinity Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally request immediate attention regarding a neglected service line at my property following a recent installation over 30 days ago. I am frustrated by the lack of customer support. This is a formal written complaint that I am sending in due to the poor response from company.
Despite the passage of more than 30 days, the service line issue remains unresolved and improperly maintained. The service line starts from my neighbor's yard and runs more than 100 feet through the yard, crossing my driveway. I do not want the service line set up this way, as there is an existing Xfinity service line going to my house that is simply not hooked up at the pole. I have been requesting someone to fix it for the last 30+ days.
Please arrange for a technician to visit the location and resolve this issue promptly. You can reach me at my email address to schedule the repair or provide an update.
Please consider this of utmost importance. My neighbor needs to mow his lawn. If somebody, including delivery drivers, trips and falls on your service line, or if a lawn mower gets damaged, your company will be held responsible. Consider this formal notice regarding negligence.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
