self install bundle

We received our welcome box and bundle to self install but it did not include the modem. Can’t get ahold of anyone to help.

Thank you. I tried to do that after chatting with someone on the app. Was told to go ahead and purchase one from the app. When I tried to, it kept rerouting me telling me I already have all my equipment and to start the install. I ended up purchasing a modem elsewhere. Hoping it all comes together then.
