Seeking Reissue of Xfinity VISA Gift Card
I received a $50 VISA customer appreciation giftcard from xfinity, but failed to use it before it expired last month. I tried to call several of the 1-800 numbers listed on here, to no avail.
Is it possible to receive a new card since I did not spend any of the money? I only activated the card a month or two ago.

The Xfinity Incentive Team is the best resource to help resolve this concern and can be reached by using our Xfinity Incentive Tracker or calling 1-800-526-3268 Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET for assistance.

To send a direct message (private message);
Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right corner or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
