Seeking help to Repair an External Xfinity Cable Input Box

I am seeking help to get my external Xfinity Cable Input Box repaired. I do not see a good way to inform my local provider that the external box is broken and allows water to interact with cabling. While it isn't causing network issues right now, it could as rust develops. I see repairing the external box as a preventative measure. Our home fix has been with gorilla tape. But a proper fix is really needed. And the wires need to be properly screwed into the box so it can close without much pressure on the wiring.
