Security customer service is trash.
Every year we got to call in to their customers retention program. Becuae their automatic price raise. Each year we got a headache from dealing with customers service. And all their nonsense. We are 11 years customers of xfinity ans we had enough. We going to tmobile home internet. Much better customers service at half the price. Only $35 a month vs the garbage service we get from xfinity for $90 a month
