Secondary member
So i made a brand new account for xfinity internet with no previous history with xfinity but now the website is telling me that my role is as a member and not a primary. I checked the id page and my primary is completely blank but my member role has all of my information. Is there a fix for this? I tried calling but cant get through the automated system to get an agent for help.
