Second Day of Xfinity Outage in Pooler, GA - No Updates and Unable to Work
This is now the second day of internet outages in my area. Yesterday the outage was listed as a network improvement issue, and today it shows network damage. The estimated restoration time has already passed, but service is still unavailable.
I work from home and require a stable internet connection, so these repeated outages are impacting my ability to do my job. I’ve restarted my equipment and monitored the outage updates through the Xfinity app, but there has been no resolution.
Can someone provide more information on what caused the damage, whether crews are actively working on it, and a realistic restoration estimate for the Pooler, Georgia area?

It sounds like you’ve already checked the app and restarted everything, so thank you for doing that. Have you seen any new updates there since the last estimate? And is it fully down right now, or coming and going?
