Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good Morning, @user_58760s Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out regarding needing to put your services on the Seasonal Convenience Plan. To put your Xfinity services on a seasonal hold, visit the Xfinity Seasonal Convenience Plan website https://www.xfinity.com/seasonal, sign in, and submit your vacation dates to reduce your bills while keeping your equipment. You can pause services for 2–9 months (twice per year) for a reduced monthly rate, while Xfinity Mobile and Home remain active.
