Seasonal plan

I need to extend my seasonal plan. It’s crazy i have to go this route to get this done versus actually speaking with someone.

Yes, i have. It only lets me either cancel it or start a new one. It won’t distant let me extend it. I’m likely going to just cancel my service. That’s the easiest thing to do since it’s impossible to speak with a person.
