Seasonal internet question

Anyone else experience the same speeds as your usual plan when going seasonal? I know it read 3mbps buty downloads still running same speeds as usual, it was supposed to set in today that's why I'm wondering? So wasn't sure if Xfinity didn't set up my seasonal right or if my Ethernet cable being plugged into computer gotta do with it running like normal or what the deal is

Hey there, @Brad1997, great username by the way lol! You should definitely see the speed of your Xfinity Internet service reduced when your account is on the Seasonal Suspend program. Let's have you DM us your full name listed with your Xfinity ID and full service address so we can get started on taking a look at your account's current status.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
