user_210xg2 Thank you for posting on our community forum so we can help you place your Xfinity services on seasonal hold. I love this option to keep your service active at a lower rate to avoid the hassle of closing the account and returning equipment. What happens when you log in as the Primary account holder and attempt to enrol in the seasonal hold? Are you running into an error message?
